Brent's Catering is owned and operated by Brent and Lucy LeBlanc. Brent loves to cook and entertain. He considers himself a "people person" and enjoys family, friends, and is loyal to enticing the taste buds with new and inventive recipes.
Lucy LeBlanc assists Brent in his preparation of the food and runs most of the business side of the company. She truly enjoys catering for what it is and what it brings into her life.
Both Brent and Lucy cater to every client as if each client was the only one.
Brent accredits his start of cooking to his family, who are all excellent cooks. He learned the industry on his own at a young age. At an early age, he started experimenting with food and cakes. He made his first wedding cake at the age of 15. He eventually strayed away from the food industry, but it wasn't long before he came back to what he calls his "calling and passion". Lucy picked up the trade in 1981 when she married Brent and has diligently stuck by his side and has learned all the "ins and outs" of the business. Brent often says that he would not be where he is today if it were not for Lucy and her dedication to him and their business.
